Today I want to help you figure out one of the best parts of my business as a hair stylist. This is also one of my most confusing parts for most of my guests.
Have you ever booked an appointment online for anything? Maybe you have booked a hotel or a dinner reservation.
Booking online saves you and me as well a lot of time. If you have not been to the salon before the way that it works is I am the owner and stylist of my own studio suite. I don't have a receptionist to answer my calls. Being behind the chair for most of my day makes returning phone calls almost impossible.
I have offered online booking for 3 years now and I am so excited to help you figure out just how easy it is as well as a few other benefits to booking online.
4 Things you may not know how to do for online booking
1. Make appointments and check appointment status. You won't have to wait on me to confirm your appointment. You can book anytime.
2. Add your self to a waitlist. If you don't find the appointment you would like you can add yourself to a waitlist and if anyone cancels you will be notified that the appointment is now available.
3. Cancel appointments. You no longer need to call and cancel an appointment because you can do it online.
4. Check your rewards point balance. This is great because you can see how many rewards points you have and for each 25 points I give you a 25$ gift certificate.
