All appointments require 24hr Notice of Cancelation. Any cancelation or rescheduling after 24hrs will require a payment of 30% of your canceled appointment value before booking your new appointment. No call/ No show will require 60% of missed appointment value. 


It is rare, but in the event that there is an issue with your service, after all attempts have been made to correct the issue, then you will be refunded. Any issue must be corrected No longer than a week after service. Change of mind is not considered an issue. NOTE: Blonding may take multiple sessions to maintain hair integrity.
